Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the products and services offered by The Perfect Tomorrow, Bengaluru, Karnataka (“The Perfect Tomorrow”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By confirming an order, making the applicable advance payment, or signing an Order Confirmation incorporating these Terms & Conditions, the customer (“Client”, “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with the quotation and specifications agreed for the relevant order.

1. Scope of Services

The Perfect Tomorrow provides customised wedding invitations and related wedding stationery in physical and digital formats.

Our services may include printed invitations, static digital invitations, PDF or image invitations, animated or video invitations, wedding invitation websites and related wedding stationery, depending on the requirements agreed for each order.

All orders are customised. Designs may be created specifically for the Client or may be based on an existing design selected by the Client from our collection or another mutually agreed design direction.

2. Quotations and Order Confirmation

Each order shall be undertaken based on the scope, quantity, specifications, materials and deliverables agreed with the Client.

The quotation communicated at the time of confirmation shall constitute the agreed price for such scope.

The Perfect Tomorrow does not levy undisclosed or hidden charges.

Any request made after order confirmation which falls outside the originally agreed scope, including additional revisions, changes after approval, additional quantities, rush requirements or additional deliverables, may be subject to an additional charge.

No additional charge shall be incurred without being communicated to the Client in advance.

Shipping charges shall be additional to the order value.

Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with applicable law.

3. Payment Terms

An advance payment equivalent to 60% of the total order value is required before commencement of design work.

For physical orders, the remaining 40% shall become payable after final design approval and prior to commencement of full production.

For digital orders, the remaining 40% shall become payable following approval of the final design or preview and before release of the final high-resolution files, videos, website or other completed digital deliverables.

An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment.

Payments may be accepted through UPI, bank transfer or cash, subject to applicable laws relating to cash transactions.

Where receipt of cash is restricted under applicable law due to the amount or nature of a transaction, payment shall be made through an eligible banking or electronic payment method.

4. Design Process and Revisions

The agreed order price includes the initial design and two revision rounds, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

For the purposes of these Terms, one “revision round” means one consolidated set of feedback communicated by the Client at one time.

The Client shall review each version carefully and provide all requested changes together within the relevant revision round.

Repeated, fragmented or separately submitted changes after completion of a revision round may be treated as an additional revision.

Any revision beyond the two included revision rounds may be subject to an additional charge based on the extent of work involved. Such charge shall be communicated before the additional revision is undertaken.

5. Client Information and Final Approval

The Client shall provide all information reasonably required for completion of the order, including names, spellings, dates, event timings, venue details, addresses, contact details, wording, language preferences and other relevant content.

Before printing or final digital production, the final design shall be submitted to the Client for approval.

Final approval must be provided in writing, including through WhatsApp, email or another written communication channel accepted by The Perfect Tomorrow.

Verbal approval provided solely through a telephone or voice call shall not constitute final approval.

Prior to providing final approval, the Client shall verify all information appearing in the design, including names and spellings, dates and timings, venue details and addresses, telephone numbers, event information, wording and language, quantities and overall design content.

Upon receipt of written final approval, the design and information contained therein shall be treated as approved by the Client.

Errors contained in an approved design, including errors in information supplied or approved by the Client, shall not constitute an error attributable to The Perfect Tomorrow.

Changes requested after final approval and prior to production shall be subject to feasibility, revised timelines and additional charges where applicable.

Once full production has commenced, amendments cannot be incorporated into the existing production run. Any subsequent change requiring fresh production shall be treated as a separate requirement and charged accordingly.

6. Physical Samples

Where a physical sample is produced, it is intended to provide an indication of the printed appearance, materials and overall presentation of the invitation.

Once a design has proceeded to sample printing, the design and content shall be treated as finalised for the purposes of that order.

Any subsequent request for modification shall be subject to feasibility and may result in additional charges or revised timelines.

Minor differences between a sample and final production may occur due to the nature of printing, materials and handcrafted processes and shall be governed by the provisions relating to production variations below.

7. Estimated Timelines

All timelines communicated by The Perfect Tomorrow are estimates based on the nature and scope of the relevant order.

For physical invitations, the initial design is generally expected to require approximately 2 to 3 days from receipt of the advance payment and all information required to commence work.

Following final written approval and receipt of the remaining payment, production of physical invitations is generally expected to require approximately 7 to 10 days until dispatch, subject to the specifications, quantity, materials and finishing involved.

For digital invitations, an initial prototype is generally expected within approximately 4 days, with the completed deliverable generally requiring approximately 7 days, subject to the complexity, format and revision process.

The timeline applicable to an individual order may be communicated separately at the time of confirmation.

Any delay by the Client in providing information, feedback, approval or payment shall result in a corresponding adjustment to the project timeline.

Production timelines and courier transit timelines are separate and shall not constitute one combined delivery timeline.

8. Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted subject to availability, production capacity and feasibility.

An additional rush charge may apply.

Any applicable rush charge and revised timeline shall be communicated prior to confirmation of the rush order.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the customised nature of the products and services provided by The Perfect Tomorrow, cancellation and refund eligibility shall depend upon the type and stage of the order.

Physical Orders

Where a physical invitation order is cancelled before commencement of full production, 60% of the advance amount actually received shall be refunded to the Client.

The remaining portion of the advance shall be retained towards design work, time, resources and capacity allocated to the order.

Once full physical production has commenced, amounts paid towards the order shall be non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind or change in the Client's requirements.

Digital Orders

Payments made towards customised digital invitation orders are non-refundable.

This applies to static invitations, animated invitations, videos, invitation websites and other customised digital deliverables.

The non-refundable nature of digital orders reflects the design time, creative work and resources allocated specifically to the Client upon confirmation of the order.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict any refund, remedy or other right which the Client is entitled to receive under applicable law.

10. Minimum Order Quantities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Main physical wedding invitations: Minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.
  • Wedding stationery and smaller coordinating items: Minimum order quantity of 50 pieces.

Any additional quantity requested after completion of the original production run shall constitute a separate production requirement and may be subject to revised pricing and availability.

11. Colour, Material and Production Variations

The Client acknowledges that colours displayed on electronic devices may vary from colours produced through physical printing.

Differences may arise due to screen settings, printing processes, inks, papers, materials and finishing techniques.

Speciality papers, handmade papers, textured stocks, foil applications, ribbons, wax seals and other handmade or individually finished components may also exhibit minor variations in colour, texture, alignment, placement or finish.

Reasonable variations of this nature are inherent in physical printing and handcrafted production and shall not, by themselves, constitute defects.

Exact replication between different production batches, physical samples and digital screen previews cannot be guaranteed.

12. Production Defects and Claims

The Perfect Tomorrow shall remain responsible for defects or production errors demonstrably attributable to us, subject to verification of the affected order.

Any claim relating to an alleged production defect shall be supported by clear photographic or video evidence sufficient to establish the nature and extent of the issue.

Errors appearing in a design that was expressly approved by the Client in writing shall not constitute production defects attributable to The Perfect Tomorrow.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Shipping, Dispatch and Transit

Shipping charges are additional to the order value and shall be borne by the Client.

The Client shall provide a complete and accurate delivery address together with all information reasonably required for delivery.

Where the Client recommends a particular courier or delivery provider, The Perfect Tomorrow may consider such recommendation subject to availability, feasibility and suitability for the relevant shipment.

The Perfect Tomorrow's production timeline concludes upon dispatch of the completed physical order.

Any transit or delivery timeline communicated thereafter shall be based on information provided by the applicable courier or delivery partner and shall constitute an estimate only.

The Perfect Tomorrow shall not be responsible for delays arising solely after dispatch due to the courier or transportation provider, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Perfect Tomorrow shall provide reasonable assistance in coordinating with the relevant delivery provider where required.

Unboxing Requirement

For claims relating to transit damage, tampering, missing items, incorrect quantity received or damage discovered upon delivery, a continuous and unedited unboxing video shall be mandatory for verification of the claim.

The recording must clearly show the package in its sealed condition before opening and continue without interruption until the contents have been completely removed and inspected.

Any such issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery together with the unboxing video and supporting photographs, where relevant.

This verification requirement shall not restrict any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, all original concepts, artwork, illustrations created by us, layouts, compositions, visual systems and design elements created by The Perfect Tomorrow shall remain the intellectual property of The Perfect Tomorrow.

The Client is granted the right to use the completed invitation solely for the Client's personal wedding and related personal purposes.

For digital invitations, personal use includes distribution of the completed invitation to wedding guests through WhatsApp, email, social media or other personal communication channels.

Without prior written authorisation from The Perfect Tomorrow, the Client shall not:

  • commercially reproduce or resell the design;
  • offer the design or any part thereof as a template;
  • provide the design to another printer or production provider for reproduction;
  • commercially distribute or license the design;
  • reuse the design for an unrelated event, business or third party; or
  • claim authorship or ownership of original design work created by The Perfect Tomorrow.

Editable files, working files, source files and original project files shall not be provided to Clients under any circumstances.

Only the agreed final deliverables shall be supplied.

15. Client-Supplied Material and Third-Party Rights

The Perfect Tomorrow may incorporate photographs, logos, illustrations, written content, music, references or other material supplied or specifically requested by the Client.

The Perfect Tomorrow does not undertake any independent verification of the ownership, copyright status, licence, permission or other intellectual property rights relating to material supplied or specifically requested by the Client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Perfect Tomorrow shall not be liable for third-party claims arising solely from the use of such Client-supplied material in accordance with the Client's instructions.

16. Portfolio and Display of Work

The Perfect Tomorrow may photograph or otherwise document completed work for portfolio, promotional, social media and business presentation purposes.

When displaying completed work publicly, we will ensure that private details such as personal telephone numbers, private residential addresses and other sensitive personal information are not publicly disclosed.

Identifiable personal photographs or other personal information shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

17. Communications

Order-related communication may take place through WhatsApp, email, telephone or such other channels as may be mutually used by the parties.

Any final approval, material alteration to the scope, price, quantity, specification or other important order instruction should be recorded in writing.

Where The Perfect Tomorrow is awaiting information, feedback, payment or approval from the Client, work on the order may be paused until the required response is received and the applicable timeline shall be adjusted accordingly.

18. Privacy and Promotional Communications

Personal information received in connection with an enquiry or order shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Such information may be used for purposes reasonably connected with the enquiry, order fulfilment, customer support, payment, production, delivery and maintenance of appropriate business records.

Where permitted under applicable law, The Perfect Tomorrow may send occasional communications concerning new collections, services, launches or other relevant updates to individuals who have previously interacted with us.

Recipients may request at any time that promotional communications cease by contacting us or responding to the relevant communication, following which reasonable steps shall be taken to discontinue such communications.

19. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

The Perfect Tomorrow shall not be considered in breach of an agreed timeline where performance is prevented or materially delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include transportation or courier disruption, material shortages, failure of third-party suppliers, power or network disruption, natural events, governmental restrictions, strikes or other events which could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such circumstances materially affect an active order, reasonable efforts shall be made to inform the Client of the resulting impact.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, The Perfect Tomorrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Client-approved errors, delays attributable to the Client or delays attributable solely to third-party courier or delivery providers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising in relation to a particular order shall be limited to the amount actually paid to The Perfect Tomorrow in respect of the affected order.

Nothing contained in this clause excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
