You do not need to come to us with a complete design in mind. Tell us about your wedding, what you like, what you do not like and how you want the invitation to feel.

We begin with a conversation about your wedding and requirements.
Once the scope and quotation are agreed, a 60% advance confirms your order. We then create the design, refine it with your feedback and proceed after your final written approval.
Your order includes two revision rounds.
For each round, we ask you to share your feedback together in one go so we can make the changes thoughtfully.
Additional revisions can be accommodated at an additional cost.
For printed invitations, the initial design generally takes around 2 to 3 days. After final approval and payment of the balance, production generally takes around 7 to 10 days until dispatch.
For digital invitations, the initial prototype generally takes around 4 days, with final delivery generally taking around 7 days, depending on the format and complexity.
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the requirements of your invitation.
Yes, depending on our availability and the requirements of the order.
Rush orders may carry an additional charge, which will always be discussed with you before confirmation.
A physical sample can be arranged where required before full production.

Our minimum order quantity for main printed invitations is 100 pieces.
For coordinating wedding stationery and smaller pieces, the minimum is generally 50 pieces.
A 60% advance confirms your order and allows us to begin the design process.
For printed invitations, the remaining 40% is payable after final approval and before full production begins.
For digital invitations, the balance is payable before the final high-resolution deliverables are released.
Please share all changes before providing final written approval.
If a change is requested after approval but before production, we will let you know whether it is possible and if any additional cost or time is involved.
Once full production has begun, changes cannot be incorporated into the existing production run.
Yes.
We can dispatch printed invitations to other cities, with shipping charged separately.
The production timeline ends at dispatch. Courier delivery time depends on the destination and delivery partner and will be communicated separately.
There may be slight differences.
Screens, printing methods, papers, textures and handmade elements can all affect how colours and finishes appear physically.
Small variations are a natural part of printed and handcrafted invitations.
Depending on your requirements, we can create static invitations, JPG or PDF invitations, animated invitations, videos, WhatsApp-friendly invitations and wedding websites.
Digital invitations can also include elements such as music, animation, maps, galleries and RSVP features where relevant.

You will receive the agreed final files in the appropriate format. Editable, working and source files are not provided.
